Sydney Airport Departures Immigration Hall
Intensive planning with SACL allowed a fully live, 8-stage, 24-hour, 7-day program with no impact on international departures.
The installation features an innovative curved wall incorporating more than 10,000 lineal metres of Tasmanian Oak weighing over 9,000kg and 25 metres of engineered digital screen for optimal airport customer experience.
The Star Casino Expansion
Including The Star’s newest bar, Latitude, a gin-lover’s idea of heaven, with a huge range of gin from Australia’s top distillers. The expansion also included a full commercial kitchen and external terrace works, as well as the upgrade and expansion of existing facilities to Level 1 of the North West Zone of the Main Gaming Floor.
Sydney Airport, Reclaims Hall
The complex refurbishment of the Reclaims Hall over 12 stages and a duration of 18 months, working within Australian Border Force parameters and time windows.
The project included all essential services and the replacement of baggage carousels.
Oran Park Hotel
Oran Park Hotel is a three-storey ‘super-pub’ touted to be one of the best entertainment facilities in Sydney, once completed. The unique space features a rooftop cocktail lounge, a picturesque beer garden, first class restaurant and bistro as well as a wood fire pizzeria and cafe planned for the ground floor.
Two cinemas, each with a 40-person capacity, are planned for the first floor of the entertainment complex alongside a number of function rooms that will elevate the place and provide an immersive entertainment experience for the Oran Park community and future generations.

As the Founder and Group Chairman of Versatile Group, the parent company of industry leading brands including Versatile, PERIFA, Absolute Tiling & Stone, Versatile International, ProcureBuild and Roel Capital, Marco has spent 20 years building a portfolio of businesses involved in various aspects of the construction supply chain.
Under Marco’s leadership and vision, the Group has played a significant role in delivering and contributing to some of the most prestigious and well-known projects in Australia.
Group Managing Director
With almost three decades’ experience in management, construction and engineering, Fabrizio is responsible for the company’s strategic plan and driving an agenda where quality and confidence remain at the heart and forefront of every project his team undertakes.
Fabrizio previously spent 15 years at TOGA Group as its CEO – Development and Construction. During his tenure, Fabrizio was responsible for overseeing the delivery of outstanding mixed-use, residential, retail and commercial precincts nationwide, some of which were award-winning and helped gain recognition from the NSW Building Commissioner that saw TOGA become one of the first and few companies at the time achieve a 4.5 Gold Star iCIRT rating.
Fabrizio is the current President of the The Property Council of Australia’s NSW division, spearheading the property industry in making positive steps forward in meeting the challenges of housing supply, diversity and access.
Chief Delivery Officer
An accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in construction and property development, Zac combines proven expertise with exceptional leadership skills to drive unparalleled success in business, projects and people.
Zac was previously a Director at Mirvac Constructions where he was involved in all areas of the business; from end-to-end project delivery, strategy development and implementation through to P&L accountability, business operations, health, safety and wellbeing, stakeholder interface, design management, procurement, industrial relations, human resources, risk management, and new business.
Head of Construction
With over 20 years in the construction industry, including 15 years with Parkview Group, Simon’s visionary approach and strategic prowess saw him successfully lead high-performing teams comprising of experts in Design Management, Quality Assurance, Development, New Business, Estimating, Commercial, Operations, HR, Procurement, and WHS&E towards a common goal of excellence.
Under Simon’s guidance, he oversaw the delivery of more than $2billion worth of projects whilst implementing best practice processes which lead to multiple industry award wins, including Property Council, UDIA, MBA.
Simon also serves as Chairman of the Property Industry Foundation (PIF) Construction Committee and holds a position on the Property Industry Foundation (PIF) Board.
As Head of Construction, Versatile will continue to forge ahead, setting new benchmarks for excellence and innovation.
Head of Fitout & Refurbishment
Rhonda has over 20 years’ experience in Construction, Fitout and Refurbishment with eight of those at Versatile.
Rhonda has been instrumental in growing Versatile, leading the delivery team and promoting empowerment and collaboration. Rhonda has extensive experience delivering complex and prestigious projects for renowned clients across hotel, retail, hospitality and commercial spaces successfully, and has been recognised with many awards and accolades for her excellence in construction, including being recognised in Australia’s Top 100 Women list in 2018.
Head of Operations
As a construction professional with over 25 years of industry experience, Trent creates a work environment and provides opportunities at Versatile that challenges our people to be the best version of themselves.
Trent has a unique ability to recognise and harness our people’s strengths and talents which helps them become more valuable to themselves and our business.
With a proven track record in diverse business operations Trent has the rare skill set to identify, develop, and simplify the necessary processes required to create certainty and achieve outcomes.
Trent spent 15 years at the forefront of the creation and growth of Built as a Tier 1 building contractor where he was inspirational in leading the company from $10m turnover with 10 staff to over $1 billon turnover with 600 staff nationally.
Prior to Versatile, Trent was a Director at Empire Facades leading the business from installing windows with residential builders to delivering the largest commercial D&C façade subcontract in Australia on the Western Sydney International Airport with Multiplex.
